Hi, I’m Briony, a chronic illness warrior, mama, and manifestation mentor.

I created this space because traditional manifestation and mindset advice didn’t fit my life with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Autism and ADHD.

I’ve always been passionate about manifestation, mindfulness, and self-improvement, but trying to stay consistent felt overwhelming - especially on low-energy days. That’s why I’m exploring practical, low-energy ways to make manifestation work without it feeling like a chore or worrying if I miss a day.

Now, I’m here to help you do the same - so you can attract abundance in a way that works for you.
