i couldn’t find a space for women like us - so i made one.
I’m Briony - chronically ill, neurodivergent, and a manifestation mentor who swears too much and refuses to fake anything.
I live with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, ADHD, Autism, and a lifetime of trauma. I’ve tried the “just think positive” approach while stuck in survival mode and it made me feel even more broken.
Traditional manifestation advice didn’t fit. It was toxic, unrealistic, and made me feel like I was failing.
So I built something different. A space for trauma-aware manifestation, nervous system care, and mindset shifts that respect your body, your brain, and your truth.
